TPR blow molding material is a soft rubber based on SBS base material blending modification and is an environment-friendly material. TPR rubber used in blow molding is white or transparent black particles in appearance and has a wide range of hardness. According to different products and the cost considerations of users, we can comprehensively consider the fluidity and toughness of materials to provide users with TPR raw materials with high cost performance.
TPR blow molding material is based on SBS base material modification, in addition, environment-friendly rubber oil and other additives are added to blend the modified material. No carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons PAHs, plasticizer phthalate and nonylphenol NP are introduced into TPR blow molding raw material components, and the TPR blow molding raw material components completely meet the detection standards of ROHS,REACH(SVHC171) and the like.
At present, more environmentally friendly TPR soft adhesive is used to replace the conventional PVC soft adhesive for projectile body products produced by export-oriented enterprises.
