Basic description:
TPE is a soft transparent particle with excellent stretchability and resilience. It is a thermoplastic material and can be injection molded. This material can be processed by some special techniques, and it can be used to make fake bait, which can completely fool the bait with low IQ.
TPE, a thermoplastic elastomer, can be recycled 100%, has good aging resistance and does not harden at low temperature. Some inferior TPE materials in the market may be prone to cracking and have high surface viscosity.
Basic physical parameters:
Hardness 0 ~ 15a; The shrinkage rate is 1.2-1.4%; The elongation is 1000~1800%, and the specific gravity is 0.86~0.88!

Injection molding and extrusion molding.
Baking material
TPE itself is not easy to absorb water, but considering the removal of residual moisture, it is recommended to dry materials with low hardness! Drying temperature is 60℃ and drying time is 2 hours.

The toner is selected and a proper amount of diffusion assistant is added. Which is beneficial to the dispersion of toner.
