Dechuang Chemical Company supplies high-performance TPE coating materials. Used for encapsulating ABS,PC,PC/ABS. Product series. Different product models with 50~85A hardness can be provided. Specific gravity 1.02~1.05, appearance: this white particle.
TPE Encapsulation Material Characteristics:
1. Excellent adhesion and coating, and can be firmly adhered to ABS, PC and PC/ABS materials;
2. Feel comfortable and smooth, do not stick hands, do not stick dust;
3. Excellent scratch resistance, not easy to scratch white and nail scratches;
4. Excellent processing performance: good fluidity, rapid molding, good demoulding, and no crystal point in material molding.
TPE coating material suggests two-color injection molding/coating molding temperature: 190~220℃. The details should be adjusted slightly according to the actual situation.
