1. The density of tpe material varies from large to small, and is also divided into filled and unfilled. tpe material is elastomer particles formed by blending SEBS substrate with other mixtures, so the greater the density of TPE, the more filled it will be.
2. TPE materials can be made of imported raw materials as well as domestic raw materials. The density between imported and domestic materials will be different, with the normal density ranging from 0.92 to 0.98.
3. The density of TPE material can be adjusted in the range of 0.84~2.0. Usually, the specific gravity of TPE and TPR soft materials for injection molding is about 0.9~1.25. Some special TPE and TPR have small or ultra-high specific gravity. Increasing the specific gravity can reduce the cost of the product, but the tensile strength, elasticity and wear resistance of the material will all decrease.
